In the course of using Google Maps, it is necessary to store and process your IP address. Google usually transfers the data to a server in the USA and stores it there. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. The use of Google Maps makes it easier to find the locations provided on our website.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. The newsletter is sent by email and contains information about performances, artists and other events and offers. For this, your e-mail address and consent to receiving the newsletter is required. This data is stored by us so we can optimise our newsletter to fit the wishes and interests of our users.

This registration is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR.

After registering for our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to confirm your registration. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter. You can also send your cancellation to info@theater-am-werk.at.

The newsletter is sent via "GetResponse", a newsletter dispatch platform provided by the Polish company GetResponse SA. (a Polish limited liability company), Grunwaldzka 413 80-309 Gdansk, Poland.

The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as other data about them described in this notice, are stored on GetResponse's servers. GetResponse uses this information to send and analyse the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, GetResponse may, according to its own information, use this data to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. to optimise the sending and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes in order to determine the countries recipients come from.

Ordering Leporello

On theatre-am-werk.at you have the possibility to order the printed Leporello and have it regularly delivered to your address via postal services. We store your first name, surname and address (street, house number, postcode, town) in order to send you the Leporello.

The use of this address data is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Your personal data is only passed on to those who process the dispatch of the Leporello within Theater am Werk.

If you no longer wish to receive the Leporello, please contact us at info@theater-am-werk-at. Your free delivery begins with the edition of Leporello that is published next following your order. Shipment of prior versions is not possible.

Ticket purchase via oeticket

Theater am Werk sells tickets for performances and other events directly via www.oeticket.com, a service of CTS Eventim Austria Gmbh, Mariahilferstraße 41-43, 1060 Vienna. The use of oeticket is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. As part of "Google Analytics", cookies are placed on your computer to statistically analyse your use of our website. Correspondingly, we have signed a contract with Google for commissioned data processing.

The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is anonymised before it is stored on the Google server so that it can no longer be assigned to a computer. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operator and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
