We live in polarised times: times in which democracy must be renegotiated again and again, times characterised by so-called ‘fake news’, alternative facts or disinformation, times in which hostility towards science has been spreading, not only since the Covid-19 pandemic. In our ‘Dialogue at Work’ as part of the production Die Quelle, we will address these issues and ask the question of what makes investigative journalism so indispensable right now.
